The award highlights companies dedicated to providing employees with an enjoyable work environment that also fosters growth and development opportunities. According to Newsweek, the workplaces are specifically judged on their performance in empowerment of women, development of entry-level employees, support for LGBTQ+ associates and promotion of veterans.
Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group conducted a large-scale independent survey with over 389,000 completed employee reviews for companies with at least 1,000 employees in the U.S.
This award comes soon after Paycom’s recognition in Newsweek’s Most Trustworthy Companies in America and America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2023.
