Oklahoma-funded wine sales increase by 620 percent

The Oklahoma-backed wine Faire La Fête began in 2018 with local funding and sales have grown since by 620 percent. The sales grew by more than 750 percent in January of this year versus last January.

Champagne brand Faire La Fête is growing fast, largely in part to early financial backing by Oklahoma-based investors.

In 2018 and early 2019, a number of Oklahoma investors became early backers, and Faire La Fête sales have grown more than 620 percent since mid-2019, and the brand now can be found in every major metro market in the country. In January of this year alone, sales grew by over 750 percent versus last year. The brand counts The Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City as one of its original hotel customers.

“Having spent almost my entire life in Oklahoma, I was blown away by the taste and price point for Faire La Fête,said Darrin Webster, an Oklahoma-based founding investor. “It’s fantastic that the best of France is now available to Oklahomans.”
